As you continue with the breathing practice, the white light expands and fills your entire body, creating a beautiful being of light. You may find that your body begins to feel lighter, and you become more attuned to your intuition and inner guidance.

You can now connect and reconnect with this power, blend and harmonize with it. It's time to become a part of this light.

The key to sitting in the power is to let go of any preconceived notions or worries and to allow the natural flow of energy and intuition to guide you. You may find that your mind becomes still, and you enter a meditative state. In this state, you are open to receiving messages from your higher self or the divine forces of universal power.
